Riviera Garden is a 2 building complex is professionally owned and managed by Yorkton Management that has 1,2 and 3 bedroom units within both buildings.  Some of the larger units are spacious 2 floors up and down and the smaller units are 1 level and have balconies. These apartments feature a spacious kitchen and living room, 1-2 bathrooms pending size of the unit. A laundry room is available on each floor operated by refillable laundry cards located outside the Resident Managers office (refillable by credit or debit card). All tenants are provided with 1 marked energized parking stall  and lots of visitor parking is available.  Riviera Garden is small pet friendly; pet registration and starting from $25 montly pet rent is applicable.
